These conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between SAS NUAGE - Restaurant L'Assiette, on the other hand and persons wishing to make a purchase of:
- Teas, infusions and accessories
wishing to do:
- a reservation responding to the offers of activities around tea and gastronomy
- The purchase of participation vouchers relating to activities responding to offers of activities around tea and gastronomy.
- The purchase of a gift card, relating to the sale of teas, infusions and accessories as well as activities responding to offers around tea and gastronomy.

hereinafter referred to as "the user", "the Participant", or "the Buyer" of the registration for an activity for the services, the purchase and the payment. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the customer. THE GOOD ONES PARTICIPATION ,
Are nominative and strictly personal. They are valid only for the activities formulated on the voucher.
Participation vouchers and gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of issue, and will not be accepted once this date has passed. Except Exception - see Section: Cancellation condition - Retraction)
From your online purchase, (whether for you or as a gift) we are automatically notified.
Within the hour of your purchase or within two days maximum, you will receive an email from us informing you of the good reception of your order. If you have informed us of the beneficiary of the voucher, (his name, his address, the moment and the way in which you wish this voucher to be sent to him), we will ship the participation plug at no additional cost to you if you choose the postal route.
If any information is missing, we will contact the purchaser of the entry form for additional information.
When the beneficiary receives his participation voucher, it is up to him to contact us by email:

Barring exceptions, we do not call the beneficiaries of participation certificates. They must manage the follow-up of their participation voucher.
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Exception made for participation vouchers using well-defined seasonal products, that is to say, which are not supplied all year round, such as: L'Atelier Chic Tea Gourmet and Table de Chef & Millésimes. These last workshops are valid between 6 and 3 months depending on the date of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to fill in his personal information in such a way as to identify him as provided for in article 1316-1 of the civil code.
In the event that the customer is not the beneficiary of the offer, the latter will be automatically kept informed of this purchase via different delivery methods made available to the customer.
During payment, the establishment certifies that it makes a link available to the customer to access these T&Cs.
CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF PARTICIPATION VOUCHERS
Participation forms can be sent, either by email or by post in AR, without shipping costs. Count a shipping time between two and ten days maximum. Depending on the time of year (Christmas, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day etc...), it may take longer.
If deposited at the post office, the delivery times are those of the Post Office and engage its responsibility. GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS
Gift cards or vouchers are vouchers that anyone can buy either, in general to offer it to a third party or a commercial gesture on the part of the online store attributed to one or more loyal customers or for a commercial campaign. TEA PRICES - ACCESSORIES AND ACTIVITIES
The products are subject to French VAT for delivery in metropolitan France or in the European Union. The prices thus displayed online on the pages of the website "Les 88t.com" are all taxes included but do not include costs of postage which are added during the finalization of payment
All orders are invoiced under the conditions appearing in the catalog in force on the date of registration of the order. But the prices can be modified afterwards, without prior notice. The products remain the property of SAS NUAGE until full payment of the price.
For a delivery in the DOM TOM or outside the European Union the prices are exclusive of tax.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS teas and Accessories
To serve you better, SAS NUAGE has selected La Poste (colissimo followed) and UPS for the international transport of your parcels.
The products are sent to the delivery address indicated in the order. In the event of the absence of the recipient or of a person who can take possession of the products upon delivery, the carrier will leave a transit advice note at the delivery address indicated by the customer, inviting him to collect the products.
The Teas travel at the buyer's risk and peril regardless of the shipping methods and even if the prices are established free of charge. The deadline for delivery is set on the day of payment + 8 calendar days, working days, or even more for certain teas under the influence of the seasons, climate, arrivals from producing countries. SAS Nuage provides indicative delivery times communicated by its transport providers.
The methods of sending orders depend on their place of delivery and their gross weight (or volumetric weight depending on certain destinations). SAS Nuage delivers throughout France for a financial contribution to the shipping costs of €7,77 including tax, without gift package and €5 including additional tax with gift package. For mainland France, shipments are made by Colissimo 48/72h. The delivery time generally observed is 48 hours (working days), after taking charge of the package by post.

TRANSPORT, DELAY IN TRANSPORT OR NON-ARRIVAL OF GOODS
Nuage cannot be held responsible for the delays of its service providers. Delays in delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or compensation, nor justify the cancellation of the order. The delivery address must not be a PO Box. If this were the case, the order could not be taken into consideration.
The delivery times indicated on the site are the delivery times indicated by the Post Office, Colissimo (standard order), Chronopost (Inter T express service) These contractual deadlines may be extended for any reason that has placed the seller in the impossibility of fulfilling its obligations, in particular in the event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1148 of the civil code (strikes, accidents, war, attacks, natural disasters, loss of goods, cases of events which the seller cannot reasonably have control).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (PARTICIPATION vouchers)
Payment (excluding online payment) is not cashed until the activity has taken place.
If a workshop were to be canceled by us, an email is sent within 48 hours to the participant(s) indicating the reason for cancellation, with proposal for postponement or reimbursement.

REFUND CONDITIONS
Gift vouchers or participation vouchers: Are placed under the full responsibility of the bearer without any possible recourse in the event of loss or theft.
They are never redeemable in whole or in part for cash. They must be used during the period of validity. All services not included in a gift voucher, a gift card or a voucher, must imperatively be paid by its beneficiary at the restaurant or online according to its conditions.
The customer cannot claim any exchange or refund in the event of a no-show at the restaurant L''Assiette Paris 14, on the day and at the time scheduled when booking.
The Activities ordered are catering and leisure services, except inability on our part to provide the service, once purchased, these are neither refundable, nor exchangeable, nor cumulative, nor cancellable. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN / EXCHANGE

RESPONSIBILITY
For activities including the preparation of dishes, the responsibility of the restaurant L'Assiette, SAS Nuage, cannot be held liable for damage resulting from an allergy to food or other products, not reported or due to the participant's ignorance during a tea workshop, a Food and Tea Pairing Tasting Menu.
For activities involving the participation of children and insofar as any registration of a child must be done with a parent or responsible adult. The responsibility of the Restaurant L'Assiette, SAS Nuage, cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the non-supervision of the parent (or adult) accompanying the child or children. The workshop speaker acting as a facilitator and not as a supervisor, babysitter or other child minder.
For teas and accessories, the products offered comply with the French legislation in force. SAS Nuage cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. The customer is solely responsible for the choice of products and their conservation from their physical receipt. Under no circumstances can SAS Nuage be held liable for any damage resulting from this. SAS Nuage guarantees that the products are in perfect condition when handed over to the carrier.

Acceptances, bills of exchange, mandates, shipping conditions do not bring about any novation or derogation from this clause.
