History
The owner of this garden is an old gentleman who, when he was younger, went to town to try to improve his daily life. Leaving there, his house and his garden. The latter, without special care or attention for the species of trees and other plants that competed for space by growing in an anarchic but flourishing way with each return of Spring.
Then, the old gentleman returned to his village, and found there his house and his garden, among other things. The story does not say if his adventure in town was prosperous for him, but it does say that one day, the old gentleman suddenly decided to take an interest in his garden.
He did not clear, clean, prune, adjust, dig, n prune, pick, pick up, in short, do everything , what there was to do in a garden, when one begins to take an interest in it.
He really looked at a tree, which according to him, as far back as he could remember, had always seemed to him to be there, not particularly remarkable, not particularly imposing._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ This tree, with a long and thin trunk, with multiple branches, also long and thin, is adorned each spring with pretty pale and tender green leaves,_cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ aux reflections just as pretty, which lit up in direct sunlight.
This modest-looking tree is a tea tree, it has always been there,
So the old man did not cut the tea tree, he left it on this earth, in this garden which he had abandoned, where he was born, had grown despite many vivicitudes and although very old, continued to give each Spring, joy and gold.
He began to harvest each year, the emerging leaves of this very old tea tree, always so vigorous and generous. The harvest is not consistent, certainly much less abundant than in his mad youth, but oh! how precious. He keeps some for himself, in order to share the joy with his village friends and sometimes he sells some to a few local merchants or foreigners passing through, passionate about tea and beautiful stories.
And because the few people who know the story of this abandoned tea tree, have a long way to reach it and the way is not always easy, (the leaves deserve and there are not industrial quantities ...), so it is only right that they leave with a tiny bit of this rediscovered treasure.
And we have the joy, depending on the harvest, of having a few hundred grams, and... like the old man, we keep a little for ourselves and invite you to get to know them.
