DELIVERY CONDITIONS teas and Accessories

To better serve you, SAS NUAGE has selected La Poste (colissimo followed) and UPS for the international transport of your parcels.

The products are sent to the delivery address indicated in the order. In the event of the absence of the recipient or of a person able to take possession of the products upon delivery, the carrier will leave a transit advice note at the delivery address indicated by the customer, inviting him to collect the products.
The Teas travel at the buyer's risk and peril regardless of the shipping methods and even if the prices are established free of charge. The deadline for delivery is fixed on the day of payment + 8 calendar days, working days, or even more for certain teas under the influence of the seasons, climate, arrivals from producing countries. SAS Nuage provides indicative delivery times communicated by its transport providers.

The methods of sending orders depend on their place of delivery and their gross weight (or volumetric weight depending on certain destinations). SAS Nuage delivers throughout France for a  financial contribution to the shipping costs of €7,77  including tax, without gift package and an additional €5.00 including tax with gift package. For mainland France, shipments are made by Colissimo 48/72h. The delivery time generally observed is 48 hours (working days), after taking charge of the package by post.

When the shipment has been tracked, you are informed of the tracking of the package, either from your customer account, by email or sms.
 
Delivery times  : Delivery times do not take into account imponderables such as the weather or delays due to technical incidents. The Teas travel at the buyer's risk and peril regardless of the shipping methods and even if the prices are established free of charge.  Sarl Nuage provides indicative delivery times communicated by its transport providers. The company cannot be held responsible for the delays of its service providers. Delays in delivery cannot give rise to any penalty or compensation, nor justify the cancellation of the order.
 
The delivery address must not be a PO Box. If this were the case, the order could not be taken into consideration.

EU DELIVERY

Delivery for the EU: by Postexport Tracking, with participation in the transport costs of an amount of €15.24 for all orders. Delivery outside EU,  with participation in the transport costs of an amount of 25€ for all orders.

EUROPE AND WORLD

For Europe and the rest of the world, the customer has a delivery without follow-up in general, but  for some orders, tracking may be necessary, and in this case, the package is shipped Postexport Tracking. For information only, delivery times vary between 2 and 8 days (for metropolitan France). Les 88 Thés is committed to dispatching orders within two to five working days after their validation. The deadline for delivery is fixed on the day of payment + 8 calendar days, working days, or even more for certain teas under the influence of the seasons, climate, arrivals from producing countries.
