Presentation: For more than 50 years, exceptional green Oolong teas have been produced in northern Thailand on "Doi Phayapai" mountain, which equal, if not exceed, high quality Taiwan Jade Oolongs. The base is made up of tea plants imported from the Taiwanese highlands, associated with the in-depth knowledge of Taiwanese technicians, who have accompanied the culture for a long time and improved it year after year. We have selected here a quality that seduces with its dark green leaf, finely rolled.

Tasting: After infusion, a distinct floral scent unfolds in the sparkling citrus-colored cup. The aromatic bouquet and distinctive sweetness accompany the taste buds long after tasting this truly masterful tea.

  • Technical sheet

    • Recommended preparation:  Gong Fu Cha
    • Preference teapot:  earth
    • 🍃 3 to 5g   20cl
    • 🌊 1 hot water rinse
    • 💦 20cl
    • 🍵 Temperature 85° to 90°C
    • 🕙 Brewing time: 3 minutes in a classic 300ml teapot
    • 2 minutes in Gong Fu Cha, lengthening the duration of the infusions and keeping the teapot very hot.
