Presentation: A first-rate specialty and a real rarity! On the central highlands, south of the city of Kandy, located in the district of the same name, we obtain a beautiful leaf with fine needles with many silvery and shimmering tips.
Tasting: The taste is very aromatic, spicy, with a note of its own, reminiscent of the sweet and malty teas of the Assam leaf. The cut is dark red with a malty and spicy flower. This specialty must be tasted at least once by lovers of exquisite qualities!

    The small black leaves edged with gold offer a taste  very aromatic, spicy, with a note of their own, reminiscent of sweet and malty Assam leaf teas. The cup is dark red with a malty and spicy flower. This specialty both for its beauty and its taste really deserves to be tasted.

    Recommended preparation: classic
    Preferred teapot: Glass, porcelain
    T° 80° at  85°C - 3 to 5g -  20cl to  30 cl
    1 rinse with lukewarm water
    Infusion time: 3 minutes in a classic teapot of 300ml maximum
