Presentation : These "Dragon" pearls - made from organic Chinese green tea shoots and buds, naturally scented with fresh jasmine flowers, are traditionally rolled by hand. Carefully rolled into pearls, these green tea sprouts and buds unfold fairly quickly in water, offering fragrance, flavor and velvety.
Tasting : Their fragrance is powerful. The pearls once deployed, offer us a sweet infusion, ultra smooth, silky and round. Delicious and fresh, the infusion also leaves a very nice length in the mouth, all fragrant and sweet.
Tips: Make a first rinse with cold water. (Pour a little cold water on the pearls and immediately throw this water away.)Then, pour pure water at 80 ° C on the pearls and let infuse for 1 minute. Pour the liquor into your cup, let it cool down a bit so as to better perceive the aromas and flavors, enjoy. Do not hesitate to redo the ironings by slightly lengthening the infusion time each time.

Preparation: 1 dozen pearls/20cl - Water temperature: 80°
1st infusion: 1min - in gaiwan 4 minutes in a classic teapot
1) Do a first rinse with cold water. (Pour a little cold water on the pearls and immediately throw this water away.)
2) Pour pure water at 80°C over the pearls and infuse for the time required according to your method of preparation. Pour into your cup, enjoy.
