  • Issu de la toute première récolte printanière de 2025, ce Shincha Tsuyuhikari provient du hameau de Tashiro, au cœur de la préfecture de Miyazaki, dans le sud du Japon.

    Sur une petite parcelle cultivée avec soin, le fermier Nomoto perpétue un savoir-faire rare en cultivant le cultivar Tsuyuhikari, croisement délicat entre Asatsuyu et Shizu 7132 réputé pour sa douceur végétale et son umami généreux.
