Lapsang Souchong Organic
Presentation: This superb Lapsang Souchong is produced in the north of the province of Fujian (east coast) considered as the stronghold of the production of smoked Chinese teas.
This tea has been made by the same family from generation to generation for six hundred years. Right after fermentation, the large leaves are used as they are more suited to undergo the repeated and gentle smoking process with precious woods rich in resins and spicy essences.
The result is successful as much for the visual as for the fragrance and taste.
Tasting: The leaf has a pretty anthracite color with golden reflections, it is beautiful and regular. The smell of the leaves is not at all aggressive and the cup is sweet although full bodied and smoky of course.
Ingredients: Smoked black tea from organic farming
